Exercise Videos

I try to do one exercise video daily. This keeps me motivated. I have had a back fusion and knee surgery so I have limitations. On days that are difficult for me to be on my feet doing a workout I choose the seated cardio or cseated core videos. This works for me.

Which exercise for today?

Deciding what exercise to do each day is a challenge. I am very limited to what I can do for exercises, due to a back injury.I do walking the pounds away, wii bowling, stationery bike, swimming and just go for a walk. I also do a lot of stretching. Whatever works I keep going.

The Spark Challenge

I have found that if I remain positive every day, I am more apt to meet my daily goals. Also if I feel I am craving a treat , "like chocolate" I go to the store and buy 1 lindt chocolate, usually dasrk and this is all it takes. Just remember to stay focussed and don't beat yourself up if you binge. It does happen.
