Eat Often

I eat little bits constantly throughout the day. I have something to eat about every 90minutes to 2 hours so that I never find myself too hungry, and when I get hungry I think "only 15 minutes until my next meal." I'm not super strict about the times if I get hungry early, but I make sure I'm constantly eating something healthy.
