I know this is a no brainer but when I am carting everyone from point A to B to C to D ...I have started putting a small cooler in the back of the car and I have fresh fruit & veges and sandwiches in it so no one goes hungry and we can escape the fast food train. Then someone said I should stick $5 in a jar and spend it on something at the end of the month. GREAT IDEA as everytime you go thru a drive-thru you spend 20-25 dollars you are still saving money.

10,000 steps around the community I started with 10,000 steps around my home to see how to break it up throughout the day. Now I have used the odometer throughout the community and have 4 different routes, which is awesome as it is a different workout 4 x a week AND I can utilize the same routes while working on 5k and 10k runs.

OK - I like the points I am not going to lie, however I love the fact of entering in the data in the morning. So one of the first things I do is drink all, yes, I mean all of my 64 ounces of water first thing in the morning so I can enter it. Now, everything else is simply bonus.

We entertain ALOT. I would get so confused on who liked what that I started a notebook and put the person/family name at the top of one page and made little notes. Nothing major. For example. Loves bananas or drinks diet coke. Just little things that I can do so everyone feels more at home.
