Every Saturday night, I make my husband sit down with me and create a 'Dinner Menu' for the week. I make dinners according to the schedule and we're never sitting there wondering 'What'd you want for dinner???' I allow myself one night off from cooking dinner. I call it 'WHATEVER WEDNESDAY!"
Each day write AT LEAST 1 thing you are grateful for! You can write it in a journal, or on your calendar. It can be one word or a complete paragraph. When you start feeling down or that things aren't going as planned, refer back to it to remind you of all the good things you surround yourself with!
