I wear an activity monitor called gowearfit.com which monitors my activity level, calories burned, steps taken, calories per min. and sleep amounts. I set an alarm on it to go off to remind me to exercise. It motivates me to acheive my goals by sending me positive feedback.
I am so out of shape that I do Mini Sparks. Mini sparks are shorter in length than 10 min. sparks but also add up. I have Multiple sclerosis. I do marching in place as long as I can to build up my strength in a more gradual pace.
