I found I could always find a reason not to exercise. When I decided I was more important I don't let excuses get in the way. Now I made a commitment of doing at leas a 15 min. workout daily and 10,0000 steps. I stopped letting excuses get in the way.
Just get up and workout out. Use consistency as your friend to motivate you. Use a calender and mark the days you workout with a bright highlighter. It feels good to fill them in.
Just Do IT !!! Exercise increases your enegry, so get up and do it. Even if you don't feel like jogging do something like yoga, hula hoop, bellydancing, or even a 10. min. solution DVD.
