No Excuses

I found I could always find a reason not to exercise. When I decided I was more important I don't let excuses get in the way. Now I made a commitment of doing at leas a 15 min. workout daily and 10,0000 steps. I stopped letting excuses get in the way.

Consistency

Just get up and do it. I tell myself that daily even If I don't feel like it. Once I get started I keep on going until its done. Now I like doing it.

No More Excuses

Don't just sit there and watch tv or use the computer. Just get up and exercise. No more excuses !!!

JUST DO IT. Be consistent for at least 15 min. each day. Make it a Habit.

Just Do It !!!

Just get up and workout out. Use consistency as your friend to motivate you. Use a calender and mark the days you workout with a bright highlighter. It feels good to fill them in.
Just Do It !!! Be consistent !!! You know you can !!!

Often I don't feel like working out due to a chronic disease. No matter how I feel I make sure I do something positive towards my goal of getting in shape !!! I don't let the disease control my decision to get into shape.
