If your sickly or just starting 1000 steps per hour while awake adds up quickly to 10,000 steps or 5 miles.
Reward yourself once in a while.
Just do 1000 steps per hour and by the end of the day its easy to get in 10,000 steps.
I found I could always find a reason not to exercise. When I decided I was more important I don't let excuses get in the way. Now I made a commitment of doing at leas a 15 min. workout daily and 10,0000 steps. I stopped letting excuses get in the way.
Just get up and do it. I tell myself that daily even If I don't feel like it. Once I get started I keep on going until its done. Now I like doing it.
You have to believe you can do it. It is the core of any decision to loose weight and get in shape. Believe in yourself.

Just get up and workout out. Use consistency as your friend to motivate you. Use a calender and mark the days you workout with a bright highlighter. It feels good to fill them in.
