when i'm really not feeling it... or even when i am feeling that urge to workout and do better... i like getting on pinterest.com and checking out the fitness board.... the pics will make you want to do more... and the quotes will push you to work for it and not give up! this really helps me keep my focus. by the time i hop offline i'm ready to do what i need to do to reach my goals!
an easy trick is to put your dressing in a separate bowl... dip your bites of salad into it as you eat... now every bite gets some of that great flavor and you probably won't even use the amount you usually do! perfect :)
i had the BIGGEST craving last night for brownies... so i gave into the craving and decided i would reward myself for hard work... one won't hurt and you can't deprive yourself! then i realized i was out of veggie oil... I then found that an amazing fat free substitute for veggie oil is applesauce! my brownies tasted great... and i was able to give into my craving (guilt free) i read online you can sub it in cakes as well! loved this and couldn't wait to share!
