Take a day off when the temp is too high for you..especially if the humidity is high.
One tip that no one seems to speak of is the "consumption of vast quantities and vegetable and animal protein." (The Coneheads). When you are eating...do your friends have the tendency to stop their eating and watch you consume vast quantities of food while keeping an eye out for the sparks?

You don't have to walk outside...in case of bad weather, temperature is too hot, etc. All you need to do is to walk in place. My routine consists of walking 5 minutes every hour for the first week and then extending this to 2 more minutes until 10 minutes is reached.
You can walk more minute...
Feel better about yourself...some folks have anger issues or mood swings because of their own negative self image. REJECT those negative issues!
