I plan my weekly menu around my schedule to curb the urge to eat out. On days that I know I'll have something else to do during the time that I'm normally cooking (ex. on day's my daughter has dance until 5:30) I plan a slow cooker meal so that I know dinner will be ready when we get home and I'm not tempted to stop somewhere. On the days I know I probably just won't feel like cooking (usually Friday or Saturday) I plan something that can be prepared in under 20 minutes.
I keep three large cardboard boxes in the corner of my laundry room. One is labeled "donate", one "sell", and the other "store". When I take my kids' clothes out of the dryer if I come across something that doesn't fit, I toss it into one of the three boxes. When the boxes are full, I bring the "donate" box to the Salvation Army and drop the whole thing off. I take the "store" box up to the attic where I sort it into bins to be stored. Then I consign or ebay the last box!
Even if you are no where near your goal write your success story now. Use lots of details about how you lost the weight, why you lost the weight, how you feel being at your goal weight, and what you've done to maintain your loss. When you are in need of some motivation, read your story and picture yourself at that future moment and know that you are on the road to that reality.
