My dietitian is REALLY against artificial sweeteners like Splenda and such but she isn't against Stevia!

Definition of true failure

Failure isn't falling down - it is failing to get back up!! Think about Thomas Edison - how many failures did he have before he found the correct filament for the lightbulbs we all still use today!!
" I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work!"
Get up - dust yourself off - evaluate what happened and make the adjustment needed!

Smaller portions done easy

If you start by using a smaller plate before you dish up you will find that the plate "looks" fuller but the portions are smaller!!

Getting fuller faster

When you start to fill your plate fill it 1/2 full with salad and veggies - don't start with starches or meat first!! That way you get your veggies in as well!!
