More Movement

I'm a personal trainer who still battles her weight (like the rest of you!). During my clients workouts, I like to do some movements with them throughout to get more activity into my day. For instance, I lunge alongside them or do pushups with them.

"Before" Picture on Refrigerator

I have my "Before" picture hanging on my freezer. When I find myself going to the refrigerator, staring inside, and wanting to eat because I'm bored, I look up and I'm eye to eye with a picture of my former self. It helps me to ask, "Are you really hungry or just bored? Step away and think first."
