AMAZING!! I bought the Omega-3 m ix which is walnuts, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate covered soynuts. Soo yummy!! AND ZERO SODIUM!! Full of flavor. Great as a snack, or like I'm doing, w/a glass of red wine. LOVE THIS!!
When traveling, put your necklaces in a Ziploc bag. Keep them clasped and place 75% of each necklace inside the bag. Close the zipper, and keep the clasps on the outside of the bag. This prevents them from getting tangled!
Tried these last night and they are delicious! 4g of fiber and only 100 calories. Slightly sweet and good chewy texture =) Great with a slice of cheese for a snack, and going to put tuna salad on one for lunch today. Delicious!!!
I roast veggies every few days (zucchini,squash, asparagus, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc) and store them in the fridge. Then I add at least a 1/2 cup to frozen pasta meals (ex: WW Ravioli Florentine). It makes them taste tons fresher and adds a serving of veggies!
I eat breakfast and track it in the morning and track lunch and dinner at the same time. Planning and entering ahead "cements" it in -- then I DO have what I planned on since it's more trouble to delete each item if I change my mind and stray from my diet!!
