After baking the bread, cool on cooling rack. When cool, wrap tightly in plastic wrap OVERNIGHT (resist the temptation to eat it!!) and store on the counter. It will be SO moist in the morning!!

NEW Planters NUT-rition

AMAZING!! I bought the Omega-3 m ix which is walnuts, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate covered soynuts. Soo yummy!! AND ZERO SODIUM!! Full of flavor. Great as a snack, or like I'm doing, w/a glass of red wine. LOVE THIS!!

Traveling w/necklaces

When traveling, put your necklaces in a Ziploc bag. Keep them clasped and place 75% of each necklace inside the bag. Close the zipper, and keep the clasps on the outside of the bag. This prevents them from getting tangled!

Closing the kitchen

After dinner, I "close" my kitchen for the night. I do dishes and clean up, and then turn off the lights. We are all much less likely to get "snacky" in the evenings if the kitchen is cleaned and dark!

Earth Grains 100% Whole Wheat Thin Buns

Tried these last night and they are delicious! 4g of fiber and only 100 calories. Slightly sweet and good chewy texture =) Great with a slice of cheese for a snack, and going to put tuna salad on one for lunch today. Delicious!!!

Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat Bagel Thins

These are AMAZING!! 110 cal, 1 g fat, and 20% DV of fiber!! I LOVE them toasted with either RF cream cheese or RF cheddar cheese. Great afternoon snack or breakfast!

Boosting up frozen meals

I roast veggies every few days (zucchini,squash, asparagus, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc) and store them in the fridge. Then I add at least a 1/2 cup to frozen pasta meals (ex: WW Ravioli Florentine). It makes them taste tons fresher and adds a serving of veggies!

Nutrition tracking

I eat breakfast and track it in the morning and track lunch and dinner at the same time. Planning and entering ahead "cements" it in -- then I DO have what I planned on since it's more trouble to delete each item if I change my mind and stray from my diet!!

Star Kiss bars from Dairy Queen are amazing...refreshing, creamy, light, and fruity...and are only ONE POINT!! I love the cherry! I got my 4 year old son hooked too. I love these!!

Yankee Candle Sand and Sun

This scent is AMAZING! Smells just like the beach!! Water, sand, sunscreen. It reminds me of the beach and why I want to lose weight! =) Swimsuit season is here!
