Chinese food

When I order Chinese food I only eat one portion of the container and immediately put the rest in the fridge so that I avoid over eating.

Squats

I try to challenge myself to do 50-100 squats every once in a while. Instead of tiring myself out I do them in set of 10 or 20 and I find myself accomplishing the challenge.

Calories by Food

After I track my meals on my SparkPeople Nutrition tracker I look at the charts at the bottom of the page. The more colors that I see I know that I am doing good when it comes to eating enough calories.

Finish Strong

I am a big fan of Jackie Warner's Thinervention show. The one thing that she i always telling the people who are trying to loose weight and become healthy is "finish strong". So when I am working out and I get tired and feel like giving up I hear her say "finish strong" and that encourages me to not only to continue but to finish. By the end am feeling great and energized!!!!

Relaxing while in the tub

A bubble bath has always helped me to relax. Yesterday while was taking a bath I had an idea. I turned on my machine that has sounds such as rain, water fall etc. The soothing bath and the calming sounds took my stresses away.
