Chasing a Promise

One reason I want to loose the weight is because my dream is to travel, and we all know how uncomfortable and expensive it can be if your over 300 lbs and buying 2 seats on an Airplane...So I Made myself a promise.. and turned my dream into my motivation. I bought a map of the US, and every time I loose 3.5 pounds I color in one of the states. 50 States colored brings me to my goal weight of 145. Im saving my favorite till last "Maine" This visit will be my first reward for achieving my goal.

Meditation of sorts

Every night before you go to bed, close your eyes and visualize what you look like at your goal weight. See what your doing, where your at, and what your wearing, feel what your feeling. See the confidence. Notice your breathing...Then put your self in that body....and believe!! What you think about comes about... Its amazing! How does your future feel???

Be passionate and creative

I am having a BLAST with my new lifestyle!! Finding unique recipes...my new motto is...If it aint pretty i aint eatin it!!! I've been trying to find the most colorful foods and serving myself like a princess on the china, folding my napkin just so...putting parsley on my plate. I'm really having fun with it. I'm trying to think of dieting as a positive and not a negative...and its working.
