Count sugar grams

Stay within your calorie range, but also keep your sugar grams below 25 grams for the day. It works for me every time! There are lots of carbs out there which are low in sugar (beans, berries, weight control Oatmeal). I use the Notes feature to keep up with the sugar grams that I consumed each meal.

Easy BBQ Chicken

This is too simple to be called a recipe - but put a couple of chicken breasts (frozen works fine) in the crock pot and pour Kraft Light Original BBQ sauce over it. Let it cook for at least 4 hours. You just can't get a main course any easier than that!

Use the Food Group feature!

Since I often eat the same combinations of food, take advantage of the food group feature. Include all incredients that I might use, then delete the ones I didn't use.
