A little bit of butter - 1/2 pat on 1/2 of an English muffin, a few thin slivers of cheddar cheese - less than 0.5 oz on a fried egg, a few cranberries and 1 tb of chopped walnuts on a salad, seasoned rice wine vinegar with red pepper flakes instead of traditional salad dressing. Little things keep the color and flavor going but the calories down and contribute to permanent healthy changes that I can enjoy the rest of my life. No deprivation, no dieting, no "NOs." Stress free!
