I don't like to see blanks on my fitness tracker so I make myself look at my fitness tracker around 6pm every night and if I haven't walked, I get out and walk just so I don't have a "0" for my fitness hours. It makes me accountable and takes away the excuses that I seem to find so often.
If I had an early lunch and supper is running a little later than normal at home, I plug in the air popper and pop some popcorn. I like mine plain so very few calories and no fat. It keeps me til supper is ready plus makes me not as hungry so I eat less.
