Ive recently returned to college and this site and I've been tired and unmotivated lately. I've noticed that by forcing myself to just get my workout clothes on when I know I have an hour until my roommate comes back, I become more energized and willing to workout, and put myself in a better mood for the rest of the day knowing I've done my workout
I still had a big, full basket of candy from my parents back home. And of course I'd eat from it all the time. After tracking the little innocent seeming eggs, I realized it was really slowing my down, so I put every single piece of candy on a plate and left it in the lounge with a note telling people to take what they wanted.
To keep your mouth busy, make an ice pop!
Each day, I read the daily motivational quote and write it down on a post it note, with the date. I stick each note together, and have a snack of great quotes, one for each day I have been being healthy through this site. It's nice for a quick read without going online.
I recently bought a nice cotton dress, knowing it was too tight on my love handles. So I keep it on a hook facing the desk where I usually snack (I'm a college student, living in a broom closet) so I can always see it. I really like the dress, and I need to lose about 5 pounds to look good enough to wear it out.
