Anything new is exciting and well....."new". As in everything else, routine sets in, as does a bit of repetition - hence, we may fall off the wagon, get bogged with time shortages and maybe even get a bit bored. What happens? I recently had a talk with my sister who brought to my notice that I binge when I eat out but I am mindful when I am eating at home and I realised it was true.
