Coffee, Tea, or . . .

Vegetable broth . . add parts of vegetables you normally throw away, water to cover, and bullion if desired. Bring to a simmering boiling for about 30 minutes. Save in a pitcher for a morning pick-me-up. The boost lasts longer than coffee or tea. Heat and enjoy.

Fruits and Vegetables

I don't know about you but I eat a lot of fruits & vegetables. If I want a snack, I'll go to the fridge and pull out strawberries, an apple, or an orange. They give me something sweet, juicy, & healthy. Plus, all our meals are preapred in advance so no shopping in the fridge for something quick.
