Getting bored of the same old exercise DVD's? Don't forget your local library! Mine has a great variety of exercise DVD's that are free to try out. Want to see if you like yoga? Always wondered about pilates? Get a chance to try it out at no cost to you! Mix up your routine whenever the DVD's are due and go for something new.

Healthy Carry-In

Where I work we had a "healthy carry-in". We requested that everyone prepare a healthy meal and provide a recipe card. We then made a cookbook and passed out to all who participated. Many of the recipes could have been healthier, but having the cookbook allowed for some substitutions to be made. It was a great way to try out new foods!

"Work" with Sparkpeople :)

We have made a sparkteam at work and dedicated our patricipation to a fellow employee who is struggling with a health issue. Doing it as a team has made more people active with the program!
