I love popsicles in the summer and always keep a lot in the house. They are pure sugar and NO GOOD! Frozen strawberries have been able to work, but it just isn't the same. I have found that taking different fruit (strawberries, raspberries, apple, orange, etc) and blending them all together in the blender and pouring in 1/2 cup glad containers and freeze them. They end up being pretty delicious and healthy italian-ice like frozen treat!
I often get a craving for ice cream...it is definitely a weakness of mine. I keep frozen strawberries in the house, and a cup is only 50 calories. One cup of frozen strawberries plus a bit of skim milk with a couple packets of splenda = medium strawberry milkshake for under 100 calories!
Both my sister and I are trying to lose weight and be healthy, and being 1200 miles away, we miss each other terribly. We each bought a $200 exercise bike from Wal-Mart and wake up 30 minutes earlier every morning to get our special "sister" time while working out together on speaker phone/bluetooth
