Fall in love with exercise

Find a form of exercise that you enjoy. Step outside of the ordinary - try dancing, skating, team sports. Be persistant - don't give up - there will be something that you enjoy.

Lunch: Pack it at Night

I pack my lunch each night, usually when I'm cleaning up from dinner. That way, when I'm rushed in the morning, I can't forget to make a healthy lunch.

Begin with Batches

I'm most likely to make an unhealthy meal choice when I'm rushed or tired. To avoid this I set aside time to cook in large batches. Then I freeze meals in individual portion sizes. When I don't have time to make lunch or I'm too tired to cook dinner, I just pull something out of the freezer.

Try something new

Whenever I start to feel bored with-food, exercise-whatever
I try something new. Now have discovered do not like acorn squash but butternut squash and spaghetti squash I love. Don't like elliptical or stairclimber but like the elliptical beast as I call the cross trainer/climber creature. Don't let boredom put you off track.

Make your own 100 calorie snack pack

To save money and the environment, buy a few small washable containers and put in 100 calories worth of your favorite snack to have during the day.
The packed snacks are very expensive and bad for the environment as that is a lot of packaging.
Do yourself and the planet some good.
