I take two big jugs filled with ice and water to work everday along with a container of brewed hot tea for morning. I don't like the taste of the water at work and this allows me to get a lot of my fill in before going home for the day.

Try something new to shake up that old routine - I am trying Bootcamp for 6 weeks and going to a free Kettlebells class tonight and next week Thursday.
The challenge with having other people pushing keeps me pushing myself as well to do more!
Finding many new ways to continue to drink water. The newest is flavoring with slices of cucumbers that are now in season. I have seen people do this in the past and didn't realize how tasty it is.
It is Fitness Week at work in the Gym. They are giving us a different activity to do everyday to earn extra points. Yesterday 20 crunches on the ball, 10 hamstring curls with the ball, 10 push ups legs on the ball. Today 1/2 mile walk outside around our park area. Adding new things to a routine!
I find it motivational to talk to other people in the gym. They have good ideas and help push me when working out on the Elliptical, Treadmill, Bike or involved in taking fitness classes. I workout at the gym at work and it has close to 500 members (4000+on campus) & 3 staff that really motivate me.
