Chobani Greek Yogurt

First of all, it tastes great -- none of that yucky artificial sweetener or high fructose corn syrup, which makes yogurt sticky-sweet. Natural light sweetness (if it's not plain), and creamy, but no fat! Second, higher in protein than regular yogurt, which helps me to achieve daily protein goal. And best of all, it keeps me full all morning. I think it's because it's higher in protein. A cup of this and a piece of fruit for breakfast will keep me going until lunch! Yeah!! I LOVE this yogurt.

Insomnia and Eating

When you can't sleep, or wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep -- don't reach for sweet snacks! Have a half of a banana instead. I heard that bananas have something in them to make you sleep well, and it sure works for me without fail and guilt!! Our kitchen is never without bananas.

Porter's Lotions

Just give it a try! Inexpensive but super effective. I use the face lotion -- diminished the dryness and fine lines in just a few days -- and "Hired Hand Cream" -- my usually dry hands are doing great this winter, and many others. Look What I Can Do!

I tore ACL on left knee while playing tennis 6 weeks ago. The rehab included lots of strength work with resistance band. Instead of being discouraged with the weak leg, I asked my family to cheer for me for a set of leg lift, and for a tiny bit of regained strength, extra minutes on the bike.

No Slouching

I use a ball chair at work. I don't slouch, and I keep balancing, just enough to keep my abs sucked in and back straight. I don't have a backache anymore, and at the end of the day I am less tired.
