I won't lie, I love sweets. Moderation is key for me!! The old me would have eaten 10 cookies at a time, now I have 1 after dinner maybe 1 or 2 days a week IF I really feel like I want one and I am satisfied. I don't deprive myself. This keeps me from over-indulging.
The other day I was thinking about going in to the kitchen and getting a large piece of cake. But before I did, I logged on to spark and seen a comment from a friend congratulating me on my weight loss. My craving immediately went away. Now when I crave junk, I log on here instead and it works!
