Blog every day!

It doesn't matter if people read it, it's a way to vent or celebrate what happened to you that day. I know for me, that knowing that people could be reading it helps me to stay on track. If you're having a bit of a down time, you can go back and read about when you were being very successful and this will help you keep your level of motivation up. Blogging doesn't take too long and can really help keep you on track!

Eat something you like once a day

Deprivation of the fun stuff knocks a lot of us off our healthy diets. Eating something small of a food you really like can help you stay on track. Or find a healthier, tasty version. We need to remember it's not always what we eat, but the amount we eat it!

Don't want water? How about ice?!

There are some days I struggle with getting all of my water in, but I love to eat ice! So, I bought a ice crusher that turns cubes into snow cones. I add a bit of water and voila! A water flavored slushy. Yummy, cool, and 100% H2O!

Low salt and you miss chips?

Buy no salt added potato chips like Michael Seasons and add No-Salt to them. Tastes just like regular potato chips!

When I crave something chocolate, I eat a waffle with a teaspoon of Nutella on top. Yummy and under 150 calories!
