It doesn't matter if people read it, it's a way to vent or celebrate what happened to you that day. I know for me, that knowing that people could be reading it helps me to stay on track. Deprivation of the fun stuff knocks a lot of us off our healthy diets. Eating something small of a food you really like can help you stay on track. Or find a healthier, tasty version. We need to remember it's not always what we eat, but the amount we eat it!
There are some days I struggle with getting all of my water in, but I love to eat ice! So, I bought a ice crusher that turns cubes into snow cones. I add a bit of water and voila! A water flavored slushy. Yummy, cool, and 100% H2O!
