Think this before you eat

So I was looking for something to help to motivate me not to eat junk.
And I came up with this all on my own. lol.

Never trade long-term happiness for short-term happiness. Food = short-term happiness. Being healthy = long-term happiness.

Will that piece of food help you achieve long-term happiness??

Alarm to get back on track

I set an alarm on my phone for the time of day I usually get out of control with my food. (8:00 pm for me). the alarm says "FocusOnYourLife!"
It reminds me to take control.
