Eating 500 cals. per meal is pretty easy to keep track of and if I have either more or less than that, I add or subtract calories allowed for the next meal.
I noticed that when i start the day with water (aprox.3 cups) ,I notice substantially more energy ,which gives me more motivation to exerrcise, I can think more clearly and I get less munchies for unhealthy stuff.
