One meal at a time

I don't like planning, but I find if I figure out what I am going to eat for dinner, put the information in the nutrition counter first thing in the morning, then I can figure out what I can eat for the rest of the day. It helps me stay on track.

Chewing Gum instead of sweets

If I get the munchies and start craving the sweets, I head for sugar free gum. It takes care of the chewing motion and the hint of sweet in the gum satisfies the sweet craving. When all the flavor is gone, my jaw got a workout, and I no longer crave sweets.
