Found this website yesterday, it hasn't been officially launched yet but what I see so far is really cool. It has pics of what 200 calories of a food looks like but you can enter any amount and get the nutritional content. You can put together meals, you can play a game that has you estimate how many calories something is (it tells you if you under or overestimated), and you can see what it takes to burn 200 calories. Check it out.
