Ten at a time! Just ten minutes a day will help you build a healthy habit towards exercise!

You can do this anywhere, anytime. Speed walking for 10 minutes, treadmill for 10 minutes, heavy cleaning for 10 minutes, climbing steps for 10 minutes, jogging in place or jump jacks....the possibilities are endless. It all adds up to a healthy lifestyle.

Some may argue that this doesn't help with weight-loss but what we want to aim towards is building a healthy habit in our lives.

Make your own soaps....all natural!

Find your nearest craft store & purchase Soap Base. The cost is around $9.99 lb. Different types, goats milk, olive oil, Shea butter, coconut oil, etc. Purchase a plastic soap mold at $1.99. Melt four squares & add any spice you would like; cinnamon, coffee, lemon juice, cayenne, etc. Get creative & look up the benefits to each spice before adding. Coffee soap is great for wrinkles, cellulite, stretch marks. Cinnamon is good for circulation, acne, blood pressure. Let stand in mold for 1 hour!

Breaking sugar addiction using honey!

One tablespoon of table sugar contains 46 calories. One tablespoon of honey has 64 calories. Though honey may have more calories, we actually need to use less of it since it is sweeter than table sugar. As a result you will consume less amounts of calories than you would with sugar.

Sugar lacks minerals and vitamins & draws upon the body's nutrients to be metabolized into the system. Honey does not contain any harmful chemicals & is entirely utilized by the digestive tract.

Break a Weight Plateau with Green Tea!

When you are stuck in a plateau, drink four or more glasses of green tea a day with a squeeze of lemon or lime! Do not add sugar. If you must have a sweetener, add a little bit of honey!

The tea will detox your body, boost your metabolism, burn fat, increase exercise endurance and block fat absorption!

Adding green tea to your diet twice or more a week will improve your overall health and weight loss efforts!

See a "new you" once a week!

Take a front, side & back picture once a week. Try & stay in the same pose & place but change your clothes around! Name each photo with week & weight.

Save pictures in a folder on your desktop, upload to Spark People or you can even use a picture editor to combine all three pictures side by side & set the current picture as your profile picture on Spark People or set as desktop wallpaper!

The pictures allow you to see your progress in toning & weight loss instead of relying on the scale!
