Find your nearest craft store & purchase Soap Base. The cost is around $9.99 lb. Different types, goats milk, olive oil, Shea butter, coconut oil, etc. Purchase a plastic soap mold at $1.99. Melt four squares & add any spice you would like; cinnamon, coffee, lemon juice, cayenne, etc. Get creative & look up the benefits to each spice before adding. Coffee soap is great for wrinkles, cellulite, stretch marks. Cinnamon is good for circulation, acne, blood pressure. Let stand in mold for 1 hour!
One tablespoon of table sugar contains 46 calories. One tablespoon of honey has 64 calories. Though honey may have more calories, we actually need to use less of it since it is sweeter than table sugar. As a result you will consume less amounts of calories than you would with sugar.
When you are stuck in a plateau, drink four or more glasses of green tea a day with a squeeze of lemon or lime! Do not add sugar. If you must have a sweetener, add a little bit of honey!
