Want a delicious snack I use one container of Dannon Light Banana Yogurt, chopped banana, strawberries and walnuts. Chop banana and strawberries. Mix with yogurt and place bowl in freezer for 10/15 minutes. When ready to eat top with chopped walnuts and a teaspoon of Cherry Light Yogurt. Very yummy and filling.
I am not a cook! I don't like to cook and if I do cook, I usually can't eat what I cooked but I made my own kind of manwich using ground turkey and it was good. I browned 1 lb of ground turkey added some barbecue sauce and simmered about 20 minutes. I served it in a multi grain wrap. No one knew it was turkey. It was good and easy.
When I'm craving something sweet and chocolate I mix Swiss Miss Cocoa and Land O Lakes Mint Cocoa (this makes 2 servings) and make a cup of minty hot cocoa. The time it takes to drink the hot cocoa helps me get my craving under control. Yummy
I do not like to cook and being single it is just not worth the trouble most of the time, but I have discovered I like raw/fresh veggies and fruit. My fave breakfast is a multi grain rice cake with 1 TBSP PB and raisins, 1/4 banana, and sliced strawberries. Add some fat-free milk and you're good to go.
