I microwave my veggies instead of stir frying them .. Less cooking time,Less mess ,and Perfectly cooked to your liking.
I freeze grapes and seedless berries ..they make really nice sweeties ..and of course so refreshing in summer
I am finding that the heated pool is sooo good for me. I love doing my Water Jogging, Aqua, and Swimming 6 days a week.
I also find the cold iced water with a dash of lemon is very good,I drink it constantly over 15 glasses a day!
