I prepare all of my healthy snacks ahead of time so I don't eat bad. The potions are great too! However, I find that I keep eating (cherries, carrots) even when I am not hungry just because it is at my desk. Brushing my teeth is usually the only trick becasue I do not like tasting afterwards.
First let me say IT ALL WORKS! ;-)
A year ago I was shocked, embarrassed, and annoyed to discover that my normal deodorant did not work anymore. I bought about 4 other bands and experimented for a few weeks before landing on the clinical strength...mostly because of the price.
If you are sick...PLEASE stay home! I have told my boss that someone WILL go home, if not them...me!
Keep a bottle of hand sanitizer in your car...I keep mine in the pocket of my door. Everytime we get in the car from being out-and-about we "Pump and Pass" the bottle around.
I always like my guests (and friends) to feel at home. I have a nice basket lined with pretty fabric on my shelf in the closet bathroom. In there I keep new items for my guests like: razors, moisturizer, panty liners, toothbrush, face cleanser, eye cream, Clinic perfume, biore' strips, etc...
My grandmother, my mother, and my sister are the most beautiful women I know. My grandmother's pictures were used in a photography store for business back in the 1940's. Secret: She always taught me to keep my eyebrows shaped and never leave the house without lined lips! She is still a beauty!
I hate the plastic that the toilet papper rolls come in...the look and the mess. Plus when you buy bulk you have to unwrap even more. So be gone with it! Now I just dedicate the same shelf in my bathroom closet to house the rolls without the plastic. Its looks prettier and easier to grab a roll.
Since before time...I clean the bathroom and the sink stays clean for 3 days max.
I like to repack my gym bag as soon as I get home. I used to not shower there but now I sit in the sauna after working out:
Leave in your bag at all times: Flip Flops (for shower), 2 n 1 Shampoo, Bar of soap, Razor, Brush
Change out every day::, Clothes , Underwear , Towel
Instead of writing down or mentally keeping track of your numbers at the gym...use your camera phone to take a picture of the stats before you quit! When you get home, just flip through the images to log the info!
