I link my sparkpeople account to my facebook account, so whenever I work out or lose some weight, I can immediately post the results to facebook. You won't believe how much support you'll receive from your online friends and spark them to join the site.
This is a perfect tool to keep track of your food, water, fitness, etc. I can add in what I'm eating, before I put one bite in my mouth, my workout after I'm finished, each ounce of H20 downed, etc. It keeps me from missing a beat :)
Go through all the songs you have on your computer and pick out ones that make you want to lipsync and dance around the room (since they're so much fun). Make a playlist containing those songs and play those while you workout. Don't stop there, keep that list up to date so you don't get bored.
