If I leave things like pretzels, breakfast cereal, or any other snack stuff out where I can see it later, I usually end up snacking on it several times throughout the day. If I put it away quickly, I don't.
Keep close a friend or family member who is at least as healthy or healthier than you, and another who is less healthy than you. Be supportive / receptive to both.
Put money on your pillow the day your child loses a tooth, that way, when they are asleep, you will have a reminder to "Be the Tooth Fairy"
When something in my house needs to be put away on another floor, I put it on the stairs and forget about it. That way, the next time I happen to be going to that level of the house, I remember to pick up the stuff that needs to be put away, since it's right there.
