I make it a point when I go to the grocery store to walk all the way to the back of the start and walk around all of the aisles (it doesn't bother me to walk down aisles that have things that I should not be eating. I keep my focus on the other end of the aisle). I usually get about a mile and a half in this way and sometimes more.
I enjoy walking more than any other exercise that I do. When I cannot walk outside I either walk on my treadmill or use one of my 39 Leslie Sansone DVD;s to walk away the pounds. I also like to do strength training and stretching exercises.
