DRIED PRUNES !

I have went off of sweets and sugar as much as possible so i eat a dried prune that is individually wrapped as slow as possible and it satisfies my cravings for something sweet with only 25 calories !

Getting more vegetables

I add a can of veggie alls to meatloaf , can soups and eat veggetable egg rolls to get more veggetables in my diet ! emoticon

WEARING CLOTHS FROM THE PAST !

WHEN I NEED ENCOURAGED I GOT MY BIGGEST DRESS I USE TO WEAR THAT WAS TIGHT AND PUT IT ON IN THE HOUSE TILL I REMEMBER HOW FAR I COME ! emoticon

ONE DOLLAR BILL !

THIS NEW YEAR I AM GOING TO TRY TO SAVE EVERY DOLLAR BILL THAT GOES THRU MY HANDS ! ALL BUT FOR THE FLEA MARKET IN THE SUMMER WHICH I PLAN TO TAKE OUT 15 WEEK OF MY MONEY AND SPEND IT AND IF I HAVE ANY ONES LEFT AT THE END OF THE DAY I AM GOING TO PUT IT IN MY DOLLAR SAVINGS ! Sweet coffee !

If everyone is having something sweet i fix me a cup of coffee with 1 or 2 packets of real sugar in it and a little cream. Helps me and i feel i got a treat for under 30 calories ! emoticon

Eating in restraunts

I know i eat in restraunts to much so i been writing everything i eat in restraunt on one page numbered 1-30 and each time i write what i eat and calories this helps me to quickly access the source of calories in the restraunt for the month! emoticon

cutting back on bread and calories

When i go to a restraunt i take the biscuit or hot roll and cut the very top off as close to the crust as i can and eat it that way i don't feel deprived and its the best part anyway ! You can save 100's of calories like this at home i eat 35 calorie bread!

Tootsie roll pops!

I keep tootsie roll pops there is 60 calories in them and they last a loooooooong time ! If i am going somewhere they have desserts i suck on one on the way it satisfies my sweet tooth and i am ok with passing up desserts and have only taken in 60 calories! emoticon
