After ONE session for the first time, using this crazy weird form of exercise, I think I am SOLD. I am STILL sore from doing only about 4 minutes of the exercise....So lets see MORE of this!!

Watching Biggest Loser, you see them shape up fast...HOW do they do it? The trainers start them out PROMPTLY building muscle. We neglect this BIGGEST secret....and need to emphasize this fact alot more!
What he said on this last show was profound....if you want to get off the last few pounds, then you have to get back to a regemented life style, count every calorie, exercise hard....you will lose the last pounds when you push!
I really want to come back weighing what I did when I left. better yet to be LESS. SO, I am really watching the SUGAR and that is not easy. But tonight I ate at an IHOPS with the new menu that has CALORIES listed....WOW what an eye opener, but what a help. I consumed under 400 !!
To get in an "easy 3 miles", I strap on my pedometer, my ear phones, and head out to Circle K in the early morning for my newspaper. HEY I USED to DRIVE it...but now the body benefits, and my money stays in my purse!
