This always works for me
Every time I need to get motivated I take myself to the gym, and my endorphins kick in and the sweat is refreshing. There you have it I'm good to go for the rest of the day!!!!!
Out of sight out of mind
Don`t be tempted by bringing junk food into the house,and fooling yourself by thinking you'll beable to eat it in moderation.
I grind my whole flax seeds in a coffee grinder,and keep them refrigerated. each day I try to use a tbls. on my food,yogurt,turkey burgers.cottage cheese,smoothies,etc.
when I go to work out I carry my water bottle in an insulated carrier,and put my fitness card,and phone in the side pocket,and clip my keys to the key ring
Dill weed is the spice of life
I really enjoy dill weed mixed in with my mashed steamed cauliflower,and what a great tasting substitute instead of mashed potatoes. Love that Dill!!!
