This always works for me

Every time I need to get motivated I take myself to the gym, and my endorphins kick in and the sweat is refreshing. There you have it I'm good to go for the rest of the day!!!!!

Flax seed

I grind my whole flax seeds in a coffee grinder,and keep them refrigerated. each day I try to use a tbls. on my food,yogurt,turkey burgers.cottage cheese,smoothies,etc. emoticon

Dill weed is the spice of life

I really enjoy dill weed mixed in with my mashed steamed cauliflower,and what a great tasting substitute instead of mashed potatoes. Love that Dill!!! emoticon
