Drinking eight glasses of water per day becomes easy to track if you put eight thin rubber bands around your cup each morning. As you finish a cup, remove a band. You'll know quite easily, and without guessing, when you've met your goal.

I put tablespoons of remaining tomato paste in sections of an ice cube tray, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the freezer. It lasts for months and months and the frozen paste pops out easily with a fork. Try it, you'll like it !
