Rinse the fat

When you brown ground beef... don't just strain it. Rinse it. You keep the flavor and save fat & calories. This tip is especially useful when yuo compare super lean ground beef to regular ground beef. A 4-ounce raw portion of regular hamburger that has been cooked, drained and rinsed has approximately 155 calories, 9g fat, 4g saturated fat and 46 mg cholesterol according to my research.

Put your self 1st. Make fitness & healthy eating a priority. Stop shirt changing yourself. We all have responsibilities, but you have a responsibility to be your best for yourself and those that you love.
