Making my smoothies last longer.....

This works. I pour a fourth of my smoothie into a glass and the rest I freeze for another time. Then I add more ice and one cup of nonfat milk and blend away until creamy. It's good.

Making your own smoothie/shake

I use milk--ice cream(sometimes)--lots of ice--fresh fruit or flavorings--blend all together until it's really thick. Sip away. Better than going out and buying, isn't it??

My favorite smoothie is........

My favorite so far is the starbucks frappucinno "anyway you want it" special going now at "Happy Hour"--3pm-5pm--at least where I'm living it is. I had strawberry with lots of ice and coffee nut syrup-- all SUGARFREE!!!Delicious!!

My secret for the day is..

Whenever I get thirsty for a shake/smoothies, I do this: use cup of nonfat milk, lots of ice, any fatfree flavoring and put it all in a blender until it's nice and smooth. Refreshing and no calories other the milk. It's gooood!!
