Each Sunday I let my 3 kids and husband pick a vegetable that would like to eat that week. So 5 out of seven days there is a new type of veggie on the table. The only rule is that it can't be one that they picked or someone else picked the previous week or we would be eating corn everyday...
I learned this trick a long time ago while on Atkins...I keep a tub of frozen sugar-free Cool Whip in the Freezer and when I feel like something cold and creamy I scoop about 1/2 cup and eat like ice cream. It really helps with the ice cream craving
When I feel the urge to snack I go brush my teeth and drink a bottle of water. It feels good to have a clean mouth and it makes me want to keep it that way way
Instead of adding coffee cream to my coffee I add some of my EAS Carb Advantage protein drink to my coffee. It sweetens it and gives a creamy taste. I save calories that way because I drink at least 2 cups of coffee a day.
