Walk at your own pace
It's not a race. You don't have to speedwalk. Walk at a pace that is comfortable for you. As long as you're moving, you're exercising!
5 minute rule
If you don't feel like working out, give it 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you can quit, but you may just decide to keep going!
You have the rest of your life to eat, you don't have to eat everything in a day.
