If you can't find a match for something you ate and you can't find the nutrition info elsewhere, log it in your daily nutriton notes (below the meal planner on the My Nutrition page).
It's not a race. You don't have to speedwalk. Walk at a pace that is comfortable for you. As long as you're moving, you're exercising!
If you don't feel like working out, give it 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you can quit, but you may just decide to keep going!
Eating something you don't enjoy isn't worth the extra calories.
