Dont cut it out just have small portions. I have a tiny halloween portion of chocolate because I dont want to say I am on a diet and cant have that. This way I am not depriving myself, I am just being sensible about it.
You don't have to be perfect - you just have to be consistent.
You'll get better results from 10 minutes of exercise a day, that you do consistently, than from 2 hours day, that you can only keep up for a week.
I exercise first thing in the morning. Before I go to bed at night, I get my workout clothes ready and put them in the same spot so when I can get up everything is ready to go and I don't waste time trying to find things in the dark (my husband is still sleeping at this time).
I tend to snack a lot. Most things that I like to snack on (chocolate) just cause me to want to snack more. However, if I keep unwashed, fresh strawberries on my desk, then I get a break from my routine when I wash the strawberry, and the one strawberry satisfies my craving with less than 10 cals!
Every day we wake up, we must realize we have only 1 shot at this life. We can either enjoy the ride & live life to the fullest & at our highest potential or to simply stay the way we are; its our choice. Lets give it our best shot & do all we can to experience ALL that life has for us. We CAN do it
I cook all my meals on Sunday for the week ahead. Everything from the main meal to the veggies.... (for veggies I just par boil them so that when I re-heat they are perfect) I make a HUGE salad too and store it in Zip lock baggies with a piece of paper towel to soak up the excess moisture.
Water is good anytime of day, but if you exercise before breakfast it is a must for you. Your blood is thick in the morning after a night of no water coming in, so drink as soon as you can after getting up each day.
