I have found that chewing gum is a helpful way to keep my daily calories in check. I pop in a piece after a meal and it curbs my tendency to start "grazing" between meals. I chew Orbit brand gum and it is less than 5 calories per stick so it doesn't add a lot of calories to my day. Its tastes great and I always have fresh breath!
