Wear Clothes that Fit

Don't wait until you reach your *ideal* weight to wear nice clothes. Buy clothes you like that fit your body now. You'll feel better about yourself and more motivated to start/continue with getting in shape. As you lose weight, continue to purchase clothes in smaller sizes - being able to see your transition will be helpful. Wearing baggy, ill-fitting clothing is not flattering.

Stickers Aren't Just for Kids

Make a sticker chart and hang it someplace visible. Filling up empty boxes with shiny stars can motivate you, even if you're not 7 years old!
