Help with snacking

I discovered I eat a lot slower when I snack with my left hand. Which means I eat less too! Both areas I have to work on. emoticon

Electonic Workout

A friend and I wanted to exercise together and we shared different things we do. It was great to get ideas. We did this by using SKYPE. Skype is free. All I had to do was move my laptop to a large enough area to move around and I had a workout partner exercising with me. It was great. It's so much more fun to workout with a friend!

Friends

The secret to exercise is doing it with a friend. You are less likely to cancel a date with them than yourself. And they make the time fly by. I get to spend time with my friend with the extra benefit of getting in exercise. Go make a date with a friend.

Stop the Snacking

To avoid eating at night, I brush my teeth after dinner. The clean taste in my mouth stops me from eating or drinking anything before bed.

Chocolate Cravings

I discovered the Jello Chocolate Mousse Temptations - near the other Jello items in the dairy section. They are just 60 calories and yummy! They satisfy my chocolate cravings without making a huge dent in my claorie intake.
